Online registration for dual enrollment students

Pasco-Hernando State College (PHSC) has initiated a new online Dual Enrollment (DE) application/registration process effective Spring Term, 2018 for 12th-grade public school students only. This process will expand to all grade levels next school year.

The new process is outlined below:

  1. New DE students/readmits must complete the online application.
  2. Complete the Course Request Worksheet provided by their school counselor. 

    • The Course Request Planning Worksheet must be submitted by the designated deadline provided by their school district.

  3. The myPHSC username and default password are needed to log in to the Enrollment Request Form system. If the student has never changed their password to their myPHSC account.
  4. Complete the Spring 2019 Enrollment Request Form (Terms and Conditions) online by the deadline provided by their school district. 
     
  5. Parents receive an email notification and must log in to digitally sign the Terms and Conditions for their child’s participation in the DE Program by the established deadline provided by the school district.
     
  6. Student’s high school counselor processes the Enrollment Request Form and submits supporting documentation by the established deadline provided by the school district.
     
  7. Students will receive an email notification from a PHSC Academic Advisor of approved/disapproved courses by the deadline established by the school district.  This notification will be sent to the student’s PHSC email only.
    • Students can access their student email account after logging in to the myPHSCportal.
       
  8. Students log in to WISE and register for the approved courses to be taken online with PHSC, or on a PHSC campus.

Spring Online registration dates and times

Dual Enrollment Registration for Students with 45 or more credits will be available October 30, 2018. 

Online dual enrollment registration for Seniors for Spring 2019 will be available on November 28, 2018, based on the following criteria:

  • Students with 30+ credits may utilize web registration beginning at 8 a.m.
  • Students with 15+ credits may utilize web registration beginning at 9 a.m.
  • Students with 1+ credits may utilize web registration beginning at 10 a.m.
  • First-time students may utilize web registration beginning at 11 a.m.

Online dual enrollment registration for Juniors for Spring 2019 will be available on November 29, 2018, based on the following criteria:

  • Students with 30+ credits may utilize web registration beginning at 8 a.m.
  • Students with 15+ credits may utilize web registration beginning at 9 a.m.
  • Students with 1+ credits may utilize web registration beginning at 10 a.m.
  • First-time students may utilize web registration beginning at 11 a.m.

Online dual enrollment registration for Sophomores for Spring 2019 will be available on November 30, 2018, based on the following criteria:

  • Students with 30+ credits may utilize web registration beginning at 8 a.m.
  • Students with 15+ credits may utilize web registration beginning at 9 a.m.
  • Students with 1+ credits may utilize web registration beginning at 10 a.m.
  • First-time students may utilize web registration beginning at 11 a.m.

Open Registration for Fall Dual Enrollment Students will be available from December 3 - 12, 2018 and January 2 - 4, 2019.

Deadline Date for registration paperwork for students taking classes at the high school is January 11, 2019, at 9 a.m.
