If I pay out-of-state tuition, will I always pay the out-of-state rate?

Not necessarily. If you are able to prove you, or your claimant, have been in the state of FL for more than twelve (12) consecutive months, you can provide a new residency classification form and include three (3) documents to prove FL residency.
