How do I apply to the Nursing Program?

To apply to the limited access Generic Nursing Program, a completed limited access application and checklist must be submitted to an Admissions representative at any of our five campuses.  The packet must include your driver’s license (enlarged copy), fee receipt and Teas Test Scores (composite and individual component scores).    This is a two year program.  (Link to checklist and application).
