Do I need a transient form from my home college?

If you attend a private or out-of-state institution, you must submit the original transient permission form from your current college or university for admission to PHSC. The permission form must indicate the approved courses you are able to take for the start term of your application.

If you attend a Florida public institution, you will need to complete an application available on the Florida Shines website and apply as a transient student through the PHSC Online Application System.
