I am shown as out of state on my account for residency. What does this mean?

When applying to PHSC, you indicated on your residency affidavit that you have not lived in the state of Florida for 12 consecutive months prior to enrollment for the term to which you applied or you had other conditions in your application (such as being an international or non-U.S. citizen student) that prevented you from being eligible to establish residency for tuition purposes. If you believe you should be considered in-state for tuition purposes, please contact the Admissions contact assigned to your application.
