Why does my school say they received an incomplete transcript from PHSC?
Answer

There are a couple of reasons an institution may say your transcripts they received is incomplete.

  1. Your final grades for your last semester with PHSC were not posted in our system when your official transcripts were printed and sent.

  2. You have not graduated in our system.
