Why does my school say they received an incomplete transcript from PHSC?

There are a couple of reasons an institution may say the transcripts they received have incomplete.

1. Your final grades for your last semester with us were not posted in the system when your official transcripts were printed and sent off.

2. You have not been graduated in our system.
