Order an Official Transcript

Official Transcript requests are processed by Parchment, our online service provider, for a $5 charge per transcript that must be paid before your order is processed. Please read the order form carefully and fill out all required fields.

Please allow at least seven (7) business days after payment receipt of your order for your transcript to arrive via first class mail. Overnight options are available for an additional fee.

How to Order an Official PHSC Transcript

  • Current students – log into the student WISE account, then click on "Request Official Transcript."
  • Former/Alumni students – log into the student WISE account, then click on "Request Official Transcript."
  • Former/Alumni students who do not have access to their WISE account: use an alternative method to log in to Parchment online services to order an official transcript.
    • The Alternative method can be used if:
      • The student attended Pasco-Hernando State College any time from 1972 to the present;
      • The billing name on the credit card used to pay for the order matches both the student name on the order and the student name on the student record, and
      • A specific number of fields in the transcript order form, such as Student ID, Social Security number, and date of birth, match the information in the student record.

A student can request a hard copy of their official transcript through Parchment.

Transcript Order Confirmation

To check the status of your transcript order:

  • Sign in to the Parchment website
  • Click "orders"

For more information, please contact the Admissions Office. Include your student ID or last four digits of your Social Security number with correspondence. Communication of protected student record information will not be sent to personal email accounts at any time, regardless of an individual's registration status.

View Unofficial Transcripts

Unofficial transcripts can only be viewed in WISE. The steps are as follows:

  1. Sign into WISE
  2. Click "transcripts"
  3. Print that page

 

Students who have a hold on their student account, including tuition and fees, Title IV refund bill, or a past student loan default, are prohibited from receiving a transcript until the obligation is cleared.
