Submit Transcripts to PHSC
Students are required to submit both high school and college official transcripts to qualify for financial aid and to complete their program. Transcripts should be provided as early as possible by students to prevent delays in admission or continued enrollment.
A high school or GED transcript must show a graduation date to be considered the final official transcript.
Transcripts are due from each accredited college or university previously attended by the student.
Official Transcripts Must Be Sealed
Electronic Option
Official transcripts can be emailed directly from the institution to Admissions and Student Records.
Note: PHSC cannot accept electronic transcripts from the student's personal email or any other personal email. Transcripts must come directly from the issuing college admissions/records department (or the official transcript service utilized by the institution) or the issuing high school's administration.
Paper Option
Official transcript must arrive in a sealed envelope from the issuing institution and must be addressed to:
Admissions and Student Records
Pasco-Hernando State College
10230 Ridge Road,
New Port Richey FL 34654-5112
Transcripts from Outside the U.S.
Students who attended a high school located outside of the United States must have transcripts evaluated by a transcript evaluation company. A college transcript evaluation is not required for admittance. Please ensure that all required evaluations are submitted according to the instructions.
High School Transcript Evaluation
Students must submit a general evaluation of their high school transcript that indicates graduation and confirms the credential is equivalent to a U.S. standard high school diploma.
College Transcript Evaluation (Optional)
Students who attended a college or university outside of the U.S. may choose to have their credentials evaluated through a course-by-course evaluation.
Visit the National Association of Credential Evaluation Services (NACES) website or the Association of International Credential Evaluators, Inc. (AICE) for a list of evaluation agencies. Students using either International Education Evaluation (IEE) or The Evaluation Company (TEC), formerly known as SpanTran, can receive a discount using the link to their service on this page.
